Gurkhas Construction Limited is a specialist contractor for the installation of Aluminum System Formwork, Aluminum/Metal Scaffolding, Facade, Cladding, Roofing and Pneumatic Vaccum Elevator (PVE) in Building and Civil Engineering works. The Gurkhas Construction & Engineering Limited (GCEL) is a sister company of Gurkhas Construction Limited (GCL) and has been established in 2014 to explore our capacity towards Design, Supply and Installation.
The Chairman is an Ex-Gurkha soldier in the British Army in Hong Kong before founding Gurkhas Construction Limited in 1998. Currently, the company employs approximately 400 employees and direct laborers that work in the construction industry. Ex-Gurkhas and Nepalese with Hong Kong Identity Card holders make up the majority of direct labor, and their disciplined and regimented backgrounds provide a ready workforce for projects that demand diligence and efficiency.
